Employees like Marilou, a security officer, will be on duty this Christmas Day, keeping things orderly and ensuring the safety of travelling passengers. For employees like Marilou, working during the holidays can be challenging, especially when it means time away from her children. Yet, she also takes immense pride in helping guests and making sure their airport journey is a positive one.
